About Me
I started lifting when I first got into football in High School. My Strength and conditioning training continued while I played college football. Once I left college i didn't really lift anymore until i Joined the Air Force thats when i really fell in love with the gym. After my first few cuts of my bodybuilding career I couldn't get past the fact that I would loose strength while I made my cut. I then learned about powerlifting and it was a wrap. I fell in love with getting stronger and lifting massive weight. I placed 3rd in my first competition and I was addicted. I have been lifting for the past 10 years and competing in powerlifting the last 6. I've served 8 years in the Air Force, currently still enlisted.

Throughout my time I had an amazing coach who showed me the way and helped me get into the powerlifting scene. After a while I started training my friends and one day I realized, this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Guide and train people not only to make them strong but, change their physique and help them feel better physically and mentally. While also teaching them everything i've learned and am still learning in the ever changing world of fitness.
